Students visit Chrudim in the Czech Republic

Churchill students had a great start to their time in the Czech Republic this week. They worked alongside the Czech students and adults with learning disabilities at the Jitrenka Day Care Centre in Chrudim, taking part in activities and enjoying a performance by one of the clients. They then visited the puppet museum in the afternoon before beating the Czech's in a game of bowling in the evening, all in all a great first day!

Our Year 11 students, who have been visiting the Czech Republic, left Chrudim (where they have been staying) and headed to Prague for the day before flying back to the UK. This marked the end of another successful exchange to Chrudim, we hope to welcome some of their students later on this year, when they are due to visit Newcastle
